Hello, my name is Tanous El-Kareh and to put it simply I love wine. My journey with wine started in 2015 when I went to my first wine tasting at a small winery in Eastern Michigan and I’ve been hooked ever since. I was blown away at how good a small local wine producer could be and it sparked this hunger in me to explore those small, local spots that have some really special things to offer. Since 2015 I have continued to learn, seek out new places, and drink wine…lots and lots of wine. I think of myself as an adventurous amateur in wine tasting. Wine is a way to travel across the country and the world one sip at a time. The goal of this page is to shine a spotlight on the producers, shops, and bottles of wine that make you stop and want to learn more.
